Main TOS:
- All invoices will be sent in SEK (Conversion rate of 1 usd = 10 sek)
- I have the right to ask where you're ordering from to make sure the invoice is correctly written according to Swedish taxes
- I retain copyright of the commissioned artwork.
- I will not draw fetishes/NSFW.
- I have the right to decline commission requests.
- If you don't want the piece uploaded by me, then let me know beforehand.
- Do not send the payment until I ask you to.
- No refunds once the payment has been made. (Unless I decide I can't finish it)
- I will not work on the piece unless payment has been received.
- You may upload the piece for personal use with credit links to my social media.
- You allow me to use the artwork for self-promotion; upload to social media, portfolio, etc.
- Piece may NOT be used for commercial use.
- Big changes will only be made during the sketch phase.
- I don't accept commissions from minors, as of only accepting payments through Paypal (disagreeing with their TOS)
- Do not use any of my art (commissioned or not) in AI training/generating.Make sure to download the finished piece as soon as you can, I may or may not remove the link/file to save space at a later date.
